So I’ve been eating better and going to the gym nearly everyday recently. And since my first post about being disgusted with myself for how heavy I was nearly 260lbs(258lbs to be exact) I am now down to 248lbs.

Only 28 more lbs to go to get to my target weight.
I dont really care about reaching it, but I figure I should have one since thats what Im guessing you do when you work out. My main reason for it is it makes me feel better after I, and it’s kinda fun.
